Dayna was very nice to work with. She was responsive to our questions and requests. The breakdown came when we requested my wife’s name be corrected in the final disclosure paperwork. Dayna said it would be done, sent the notice that it was done, but….when we went to close at title Company, it was wrong. We later found out that Laken may have not got it done….. we aren’t sure sure where the breakdown was but it cost us over a week of our time and 2 trips to title company.
