I feel like I should have been cc'd on more emails instead of getting news from the borrower himself, for instance, I did not receive anything about the appraisal report coming back, the borrow told me, and forwarded the email to me, there were a couple other instances where this happened as well. I was also never informed that the rate lock expired before the closing date on the contract. I just feel like there was a lack of communication you might want to work on in the future. Other than that, you guys got everything done in a timely manner, I enjoyed working with you, and I would absolutley not be opposed to working with you again in the future.
