Marq was insightful and helpful. His detailed explanations helped me understand the exact steps and process I was on. The home buying process was much easier thanks to him.

Everything was great EXCEPT that during my negotiations with the seller Jullian got involved and harmed our negotiations. He told them that I could do things that in fact I could not do, for the sole purpose of trying to sell some sort of new program that I was not going to use anyhow. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied.

Review by Bradford Hadnot for Patrick Rowles

The process was confusing as it seemed like one person did not know what the other person was doing at times. My loan officer left during the middle of the loan but, Mr. Patrick came in and did a wonderful job.

Review by Sherwin Watson for Bryce David

It wasn't Bryce, it was more the underwriting process. This could have been completed much earlier rather than cramming it at the end and then requesting that I pay extra to extend the mortgage rate lock date.

Michael was great, as always, however for the signing, after I met with the notary, I had to sign documents 3 separate times. Since I had to physically sign them and had to take time to go to a Fed Ex office on 2 of the 3 occasions, it wasn’t a great experience as I had to change my plans to accommodate the signings. Also, I was asked to provide the names and addresses of my creditors for the checks to go to, but I ended up getting all the checks sent to me and I had to mail them out on my own. Not a great experience. I hope it’s only that you have new associates and they are learning the processes, but there is definitely opportunity to make the experience more digital or electronic.
