I started out working with one person and moved to another and Brooke was great but I think there could’ve been a better handoff between both my old contact and the new one. A phone call should’ve been made to ensure what I was told by one and what my understanding was. I had no idea my original loan officer Had retired he just disappeared.

Good to work with and direct he was able to obtain 3 1/2 percent money down. He was helpful in getting my credit score up to qualify. I would recomend his services to family and frinds. He was also helpful at closing explaing what I was signing. he notified me of when the apprasal was happening. He was responsive to all questions and was direct easy to understand. I would use him again if I need to refinance in the near future. I was also happy that he made it to the closing he was very informative and made the process quick and painless. he looked at different options and found the best way for me to purchase te home.
