Communication was good and Julie was helpful in getting us different options with the loan. The only issue I had was with the discussion about the appraisal and the comment about the appraiser seeing the current improvements being an incentive to the appraised value being higher. Once the "drive-by" appraisal was done, we found out that these improvement has no effect on the appraised value and came back lower than anticipated which then led to a +2.5% increase on the loan interest. I'm sure it wasn't Julie's fault as you likely just farm out the loan to whomever, but that was a big surprise and we did not have time to shop around more because the process was already a month in and we needed the funds quickly. Other than that, I did enjoy working with Julie and she was professional and persistent.
