I don't blame Katie a lot of what happened was out of her control. The closer it got to closing, the less we were able to reach anyone to get answers to our questions. We missed two closing dates and the third one almost did not happen. NAF waa still asking for documentation. NAF needs to work on the line of communication especially the week prior to closing.
