Andrew communicated with me very well! The only snag was a repair necessary with the appraisal that we were not communicated about in a timely manner, which caused a delay in close--but I'm not sure this was Andrew's fault. He responded to calls or emails or text within 24 hours always! The only reason I would be 3 stars to recommend is that it's always more convenient to work with local lenders who are experts in our particular market, but NAF was definitely one of the better communicators for national lenders that I've worked with!

From the beginning, I told the loan officer that the seller's concession would be 10k. However, while signing the document at the title office I saw the no change to $9,200. Neither I nor the relator was aware of this change as the loan officer haven not mentioned us. I would expect clear communication from him next time.
