Overall it was ok. This was our first house purchase, and honestly hope I never have to go through it again! There was days we went without any communication, and then I find out my supervisor was getting text messages that were meant for me. It seemed every time we had an issue, it got handed to another representative? Maybe that’s how it works……I don’t know.

Michael was always responsive and made the process very easy for us especially through all the negotiations. When our case was passed off to Gina we would have appreciated additional support as Gina struggled significantly with her responsibilities and ultimately resulted in a delay of our closing.
