Communication could use some work. There were times where it was stressful trying to compile documents on a deadline and being informed on the day of the deadline and not a 24 hour notice. Other than that, experience was fine.

This was a good experience for our family with many ups and downs. We really appreciated Gigi's enthusiasm & her willingness to assist us. We were first time home buyers who switched to Equity Prime, 2 weeks before closing. Things were stressful & seemed very chaotic at times, but Gigi went above and beyond, walking us through everything. We appreciate all of the time she spent to help our family!
