Camille was great, personable and consistent. The process needs to be more clearly defined and you need to understand people don't read all the things on your overwhelming website. The company you use to "Inspect" homes is a rip off and lack communication. There should be a scale to the amount of work not one base fee(more work on a 6 bdr home than a 4 room condo we felt ripped off and left out to dry). The other people who start emailing you should be introduced in this age of lies and deceit. Fees got spiked to "maintain" my ridiculous % because it took longer than expected. This is not customer friendly. Other than speaking with Camille on the phone felt like a number not a person.

Deon Westbrook assisted a majority of the time for the last 2+ years. He always answered our questions and made himself available to explain issues we needed an understanding on. A few other lenders tried to solicit our business. None of them showed a genuine interest the way Deon did so we stayed till the end. Thank you Deon, Beth and Matt!
