The situation had to be rushed. So it was unorthodox...I didn't have peace of mind until I signed docs. I felt at any point the deal wss going to fall through. Not mention having to put down the additional funds thst were told to me I wouldn't need to. But overall Kevin was great and pleasant to work with. He understood the ugency and got the job done.
