While my spouse received communication, I was left to having to ask him about information rather than the team contacting me. I did not feel that I was included as I should had been, considering both are on the mortgage.

Everything went as it should, but it took a long time. Communication was sparse at times because things took a lot longer than normal. I know this may be caused by a rush on everyone to change at the moment. but it was still frustrating.
