It was fine until it went to Kimberly Odell. Communication stopped I sent multiple messages with no response from her. I had to message Moe then he would find out how things were were going from her. If the entire process was handled like the last week before closing I would have went somewhere else.

My experience wasn't exactly negative but I did feel as if I was always expected to respond immediately and always did as quickly as I could with any required documents or tasks that were needed from me however I did feel like my phone calls and messages went unanswered/ignored at times which did frustrate me at times. I believe the lack of communication was also an issue between the two people I was dealing with as it seemed like one was not always caught up with the current status of things that were required of me, in other words, I would have already submitted something but yet one was unaware that I had already done so. But other than that, the process seemed to move fairly quickly and smoothly and all worked out in the end so i am for the most part satisfied.
