You are a super nice person and got back to us as soon as we reached out. We appreciated all of your advice. We are slightly disappointed that we ended up with a 30 year loan when we stated that we really wanted to look at our options and feel we did communicate that we wanted to do a 15 year loan. If that was not possible we don't feel like you made that clear. Maybe the way you did it was our only option but we don't think that was completely communicated. Just being honest.
