Erica is terrific, given the complexity of our sources of funds, Erica has been extremely helpful in translating proof of documentation in a foreign language to make sure the application could be processed without delay, and Erica has been vital part of the process where she acted as a bridge between me as a client and the internal members of NAF, as well as escrow office. This wouldn't be possible without Erica's dedication, support and understanding! I'd definitely choose to work with Erica in our future investments. The only thing that's frustrating is the lack of transparency and communication on the loan terms, especially interest rate, which did not change as the application was completed and closed and was locked to a higher rate provided initially and our understanding was it was not final during early stage of the application. This increased our cost and we weren't able to get any clarification and confirmation on the interest rate until it was seen in the signing step with notary.
