My experience would have been better and faster to close had I been given a full, entire list of all the documentation I needed to provide on day one rather than piecemeal through the four months it took to close. Everyone was nice but it dragged on because I needed to keep giving more information one at a time and sometimes duplicate information which was not efficient. Thanks!

After JT I felt like I was being bounced around. Too many people involved, the communication between each of them needs to be improved. I was asked the same thing more than once. To me, that is wasting time. After JT, Heather was the most helpful. Thanks Jeff
