When we bought our family residence we were extremely happy with the entire process NAF provided. When we bought an investment property it was very different. Numbers changed, of course up, with no explanation of not only what they were but why the estimated numbers were so off. In some cases more than doubled. Repeated inquiries as to what the charges were and why they increased were ignored. Same documents were asked for multiple times. I’m not sure who was calling the shots in the process, but it felt slightly offensive.
