Stacey got back to us very quickly. The class at the end was painful. It really should be given to people at the beginning of the process, so they can be more armed with info as they go through, rather than having no idea what to ask like I was. But I gather the class content is out of Stacey's hands.

Stacey is very friendly and was wonderful to work with. She was good about remaining available and was patient in answering all of my questions. My only complaint was that sometimes I would leave a voicemail and not get a callback but that was a usually not an issue because she answers the phone so frequently (I have had to play a constant game of a phone tag with other lenders I’ve worked with). I would absolutely use Stacey again in the future.

The whole process was pretty easy. Any time I had a question Stacey was there to answer it. She kept us informed on where we were in the process and when we were stalled she would let us know why
