I personally had no problems working with Courtney or New American Standard. My buyer on the other hand was extremely dissatisfied in days leading up to closing. He stated multiple times that communication from the lender was difficult and walked into closing saying “I hope this goes through”. Final loan approval was granted durning closing, which took just under 2 hours making everyone at closing was extremely unhappy.
