Jesse was very knowledgeable regarding the whole process. He also provided me with new caveats of information that I wasn't aware of. With all of that being said, I was content with the overall interaction. We hit a few snags during the middle portion of the process, but we ended it well and through communication I think we both understood where we both were coming from..
