Robby was excellent to work with, very patient to explain everything needed and happening in the process until we got to underwriting. The underwriter seemed unreasonable in requesting the same information multiple times, and asking information that doesn't exist (a note on a line of credit). I would not mind working with Robby again at all, but I don't think I'd want to go through underwriting there again.
