J. Lobos was great, often available by phone and communicated well. The processor did not communicate effective deadlines and requests in a reasonable manner. Same-day requests occurred too often and this was stressful when we both work. My partner travels via plane for work quite often and travels to different states/time zones. Requests with the threat of delay while on a layover were quite stressful. I am not sure if it was the underwriters or the processor but if a list was given up front of what was needed and by a specific deadline the process would have flowed more smoothly and been less stressful.
