Well the experience wasn’t bad. It was just that everytime we tried to email we always got an out of office message. Other than that it was good. Just made us nervous when we would reply to an email right away with necessary information and we would immediately get an out of office email.

Lot of confusion. Too many emails and different people calling for different things. Better to have one portal to upload everything versus chuncks over time. One portal to see status and check things. Didn't seem the team communicated to each other efficiently and there was redundancy.

They were easy to communicate with! At times they could be a bit short or straight to business which is ok but we were first time home buyers so it is stressful and you have questions. Overall, they were easy to work with, had great communication and were able to help us close on our dream home! I would use them again!
