Every person I spoke to within the company was well mannered and pushed to make sure we would get to closing. More communication would have been needed to ensure that both parties (buyer and seller) were informed of the final costs and financial terms prior to a few hours before closing. In addition to having the lenders set up closing. We had to reschedule multiple times because the lender did not have the correct information or needed additional information. Closing should not be discussed until the lender is ready to close and should be set up through the lender/title company and not through the buyer/seller and title.

Joe was amazing. HOWEVER on one transaction we didn't balance with the other side until a few hours after scheduled closing. On another transaction, I could have been better leveraged to get necessary forms signed. Joe was awesome. Backup team no so sure.
