It seems there was a disconnect between loan officer, underwriter, title company, and buyers agent. If the close date needed to be pushed due to things being unfinished, that should have been communicated. Other than the close, things were good.

Aaron was very pleasant to work with and I think he did a good job of keeping us informed, however, the process near closing was very frustrating. I realize that most of this was driven by the underwriter and was out of Aaron's hands, but there were several issues in the last few days that caused our closing to be pushed back, and then still almost missed the rescheduled closing. I just feel like these issues could have been handled better to avoid a fire drill at the end.
