We appreciated the communication; however, we were concerned by the mistakes that were made concerning the interest rate which led us to taking an online class at the last minute when we were already stretched thin. There were also some issues with the calculations that took a few iterations. Overall, it was a good experience. I’m not in the field, so this experience could be normal. I have no idea. It made us nervous and uncomfortable though.
