Understand these are busy times - but overall loan refinancing has been a breeze. My only complaint was due to the craziness around, I hardly had any conversation around whats happening and where we are in the process. I was using the app to track where we were. Although initial communication was great with quick fast responses later part of progress was not the great experience. Had to remind and ask for getting extension for lack of ordering timely of the appraisal. Attorney communication lacks the attention, instead of attorneys and group being on top of the dates and deadlines set in the p&S time and time I had to remind and ask them to follow-up. Could have been better experience otherwise.

I have done refinance with Draper & Kramer twice because of their service. In spite of COVID situation they have provided better service and close the refinance process. I expect them to be little bit more communication during loan process. Overall they have provided better rate and great service and I would recommend them to any one who is looking for a mortgage loan.
