Would’ve preferred more communication/clarification on me buying points for interest rates. Estimates only explains so much; a breakdown from my lender would’ve been ideal so I could properly weigh pros and cons and have an overall full understanding.

All went well, just a few things that would be nice to get done early so as to not jump through hoops when approaching closing, such as last second documents or requests for information that should be a standard checklist item that could be cleared long before the 11th hour.
