I am not familiar with all the terms you use for the forms and papers we have to sign and send, it was hard to try to understand all of them, the explanation was not enough, but the process was fast and I am happy with the result.

Newamerican funding should be more flexible with its application fees, most lenders are charging between $800 and $1,200 and in many cases, these fees are waived to help reduce the consumer's expenses. Fees are not set in stone and could be reduced or totally eliminated. charging over $4,000 in interest point reduction knowing the funds were coming out the seller's pockets! Not a happy moment for the sellers and the seller's agent that had to reduce his commission $2,800. to help the sellers.
