Mr. Nunnally and his assistant Ms. Scott were very supportive and informative throughout our buying process. There was however, one concern right before closing that my husband and I had about one representative who seemed to be a little confused about a few things needed for closing, but Mr. Nunnally and Ms. Scott were able to successfully help to get things back on track. My loan team was very communicative, super friendly, and helpful. My only negative take was the escrow was not properly estimate which increased my monthly house payment from the estimated value by a substantial amount, as well as cash due at closing. Otherwise it was a good experience.
