In all our communications, I always felt Shari was being honest with us. She was also available seemingly 24/7, which I would consider above and beyond. There were points when her answers to our questions still felt unclear but it was all resolved eventually. Everything was ok. Nothing was bad, but I'm not sure what a stellar experience would have been. Buying a home was stressful every single day, and I hope not to have to do it again after this. I don't know that I would recommend any mortgage company to anyone, as it seems a bit personal and could cause problems in the future if anything went wrong.
