Bob Bachman had previously helped us receive two separate loans when we purchased two rental properties over the past seven years. So now with interest rates so low we went to Bob again to see about refinancing five investment properties and our primary residence. He did so and the total costs will be recouped in less than three years. He promised and delivered on his promise. Bob has a great staff that really communicated with us. Mr. Maiale was great- made it easy and look simple. But once it moved out of his hand to the others- it was a slow process with me needing to ask for updates. Also, Not knowing when exactly or approximately it will close- didn't make it feel good. Overall a good deal a 4 to 4.5 star job but not the best compared to the previous mortgage as well as a refinance experience I have had in the past.
