Megan was always available to answer any questions and was very flexible with us being out of town buyers. There was a ton of paperwork and Megan did her best to explain it all and to make sure we were able to have everything done by our closing date. The only issue is that a few times we needed paperwork signed last minute and were unaware until the day when things would be due. However, if wasn’t ever Megan’s fault and she was very patient and understanding with us for these times.

Possibly it would have been better if we had a different representative to help us. Megan had so many other closings and personal things that interfered with our needs being met.

I got confused sometimes by the 4-5 different staff members requesting different things - it made some of the e-mail strings confusing. I may have missed a couple of important pieces of information because of this. Also, communication of documentation needed at various points in the process could've been improved by using more clear and precise language that helped me know exactly the type of information that was needed and in what form that would be acceptable.
