I have done refinance with Draper & Kramer twice because of their service. In spite of COVID situation they have provided better service and close the refinance process. I expect them to be little bit more communication during loan process. Overall they have provided better rate and great service and I would recommend them to any one who is looking for a mortgage loan.

Overall my experience was very good. The online system for uploading documents works pretty well. However, there were a few errors with the final closing documents that I found and had to get corrected. Overall great experience.
