Documents were not ready for our 6pm closing, was moved to 8pm, & occurred around 8:30. The disclosure showed prepaid taxes to be collected, which was incorrect and for which I provided documents showing taxes had been paid. Notary expected a check that I did not prepare, final disclosure still reflected a payment due and was not corrected prior to closing. It has been corrected (as far as I know) since loan was disbursed and I did not pay, but I have not seen a revised disclosure.

Ethan was great when we were first talking about the loan though communication really leveled off after the rate was locked in.

Fairway kept open communication with my husband and myself during the difficult time of social shut down. Our home refinance still moved along at the scheduled pace. All of our emails were answered in a timely manner and I did not feel an undue responsibility was placed upon us during this time.

Ad on Facebook was a little deceiving. I had a Fair credit rating and wanted a Heloc . Instead . I received a cash out re fi which I really didn’t want. But, I needed this done quickly so I didn’t have time to check around . Everyone I dealt with was very friendly , knowledgeable and did the best they could for me . My dissatisfaction lies with the company , but the employees!
