Just felt rushed during final stages of the process because processor was reviewing “items” behind the scenes. Glad the closing date was only 1 day after the original closing date, but just seemed rushed at the end. Didn’t feel I could really ask questions at the end without postponing the closing date, which would have cost money out of my pocket. Overall the experience was good. Nicholas was very good at responding to voicemails and emails and let us know when he would be leaving early for the day. He was able to answer questions or get the answers we needed. Appreciate the ability to complete this process via electronic submissions.

NAF was an easy to work with group. Closing seemed a little longer due to paperwork trail, which seemed more excessive than other companies the title company had worked with. The team I had knew my case and worked well without me having to re-explain anything along the way. It seems like a well-oiled machine/team! I'd use them again.
