I feel like the loan processor did not listen to me during this process. I know my bank and my account better than he does so when I tell him certain things about my account he should have listened. When I was in Florida with my parents in a small town the Wells Fargo in the area was being renovated so I made it clear that going to the bank to print out statements wasn’t as simple as going down the street I had to travel almost an hour to Orlando to do this. He had me reprinting things over and over again and when I told him when things would clear and how my account worked it’s as if he disregarded my information. I would always try to get clarity with him about what it is exactly I needed to turn in for the loan as far as documents and he would never give me a clear answer which would result in another email saying the same thing. Can I complete this condition and I would again ask well what did I do wrong and he would never give me an answer. This is my first time buying a house so I don’t know anything about this. I was mainly in contact with Charles H Wilson which is who I wish I could’ve worked with throughout the process more. He was very thorough in explaining the process and what was needed. He had a majority of my documents ready the way they needed to be before I was even pre approved.

Everything was already stressful but the day before settlement I still had to provide information to the underwriters. I am glad however that Steve did his best to reassure me that everything was going to be fine

Getting a hold of someone was challenging at times, and I understand people are busy, however, whenever I needed explanation about an issue, I was given a thorough explanation. There was a lot of patience and all of my questions were answered by someone on the Marchello team.
