During this time of covid19, they were able to process my loan without any problems. The entire staff was pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Brain was thorough in explaining the many different aspects and choices we had in choosing a mortgage loan. His office made sure we had all the documents signed and turned in by the deadlines. We overall had a very good experience.

First, you need a rating somewhere between great and just ok. Brian did a very good job. Where he was lacking was in the communications department. Several times he promised to get back and failed to do so and I had to "Chase him down". In addition. I don't believe customers go through the mortgage process every day as Brian does and a little more time explaining the process would have been helpful. That being said, he got us a good rate and there were no last minute glitches.

Nice, knowledgeable guy who moves through the process. He was better than "just OK" as your survey asks, but it is a big jump to "excellent" which I could not give.
