It would have been better if the office phone were answered and "important" emails were responded to the same day. Also, I had to resend documents that were "lost" in email.

When getting tax information, asking for tax mailing address (which is PO box for us) would have completed that task rather than having it unfinished, as that is required to get the tax transcripts. Doing a rate lock for 30 days costs us $700x2=$1400, with close delays and was not good advice provided by Brian. We closed 4 weeks late, however 5 weeks earlier when I asked to verify we were on schedule I was told everything was going to be done in time for a timely close multiple times.

The loan process started off slow but it ended quite well. I called and emailed a lot. I always received a call back in a timely manner. They made it happen for me and I am so grateful to all the staff.
