Personalized communication, clear graphs explaining costs, straightforward talk, quick responses to texts and emails, a team that working together. The one drawback was that the closing firm would not come to the house or meet at a reasonable location. We had to drive an hour each way to sign the papers. That said, they were efficient, personable and professional.
