I do not recall engaging directly with Shari. Much of my experience was with Amanda. I am pleased with her level of follow up. However, when I experienced technical issues with the system and there was an issue with the insurance policy, I felt like I was annoying her and Clarke. They provided work arounds and got the job done, which is the most important thing. My experience was acceptable and I would work with this team again.

We learned of Guild Mortgage through a first time home buyers seminar that we attended. Our real estate agent works closely with Guild and we trusted his opinion in using them to fund our first home. Tony worked hard to get our loan approved quickly and even though there was a change to our loan type we were still able to close on time.

It really cost us when making our counteroffer based off of the information we were originally given but then was actually incorrect two days later. We could have made a different offer more in our favor.
