Ron was terrific ... the only strange thing was that he could not commit after client approval, appraisal, and all funding concerns meet that the loan would close until it actually funded. He would not advise his clients to remove their Loan Contingency. This was very strange and difficult to handle with the Selling Agent. While we understand the strange economic climate we are in ... it was still very difficult to have a Lender not be able to fully commit.

I was on a process of doing a refinance with a different lender. Jason pretty much gave us a much better deal for our refinance, so we went with him. Process was great from start to end. Jason didn't give up on making sure he got our business.
