The funding process was HORRIBLE. It took 45 minutes before the funder even started to take a look at the documents. Unacceptable in this day and age. Sam was good but the funding process needs major work.

too many people involved which made the process very confusing. I was too unclear on the process and closing costs which changed too many times and was very frustrating. Scott was always very willing to help but I didn't have a good overall picture of additional costs above the loan. I'm not sure who should have helped me with that, maybe the realtor. I did feel very lost during the process.

It not take over 5 1/2 to sign because of some plumbing paperwork problem whatever else it was a absolute nightmare
