OK, but way too many last minute details that were not correct anyway, i.e. like me having to stop and get a cashiers check at the last minute, which almost made me late to the closing, & then them not needing it so I had to go on a second trip to the bank, when that day was the one day I had too much going on to even fit in the closing. I realize some changes were because of Covid, but since I recently refinanced last spring,, it was all requested up front and a lot of work, but then easier

I think there needs to be a little bit more communications between the lender and the underwriter, as far as documents. They both need to be on the same page. I must admit, that the lender did keep in touch with me on a regular basis; there may have been times that he was not available, however; I know he does have other clients. was He did however, called me back right away. But I think that the most important thing is, that the kender a d the underwriter to work better together when it comes to documents and what is in hand or what's missing. Buying a house is a very unpleasant experience, which should not be more difficult than it already is. This is especially since this is a very stressful experience as far as buying a house. This experience needs to be less stressful and it is something that should be a lot easier than what it was.
