Better communication from Kristi and her team. I did not always receive responses and I had to resend documents multiple times to the group. They did do a good job, could just communicate more and give more updates on the front end. Example: no one at any time discussed buy down points, it was just added to my net sheet and I had to ask about it when appraisal came in different and the buy down points changed. Also no one asked me to lock in rate except back in early December - so over that 2 months the rates rose and that was that. I would have opted to lock in a rate if presented the opportunity within a month of closing, 2 months out just seemed at that time not to be a good idea.

Better communication. There were several days I reached out to Sina and Kristine left several voicemails and emails trying to find out where we were in the process and no response. At one point I was ready to stop the process and cut my losses.

Much of the issue was not with Justin, but with the system. During most of the process, I had no idea when actions would happen. Justin tried to help at various points, but often he was unable to clarify timelines. Overall, Justin was good, but you need to do something to improve communication with clients, especially over timelines for actions.

Bryan did well. It was hard to get in contact with others. There was poor communication between us and Maria and quite frankly between Bryan and Maria. But based off of the lack of communication with Maria, we don't put that on Bryan.
