I asked to provide me the estimated breakdown of closing cost before locking the rate and it was not provided to me until I locked the rate and signed the loan agreement. It is better to provide the estimation of closing cost to the borrower so he or she can compare it with other offers.

We initially met with Heather and were given an estimated interest rate (plus or minus a small percentage), however the market apparently increased significantly by the time our rate was able to be "locked in." It was not the rate we discussed or even close to the initial approximation. Although we understand things fluctuate, it would have been nice to have been told it could increase so significantly.

I have always been pleased with heather. She has been amazing in the past and would refer anyone to her. However, this time around when everything got pushed past her point and onto the next step with Laurie is was a very unpleasant experience . In the future I would hope to work with heather and not Laurie
