During the initial process I was not explained information about the loan and what everything meant. As a first time homebuyer I expected to be explained what documents and timelines were and I had to ask for information to be explained.

It was hard to understand what was going on. Had to ask frequently for updates. Would have been better at the beginning of the process to have a call outlining the entire process and what to expect.
