We worked with Danielle Heitner, and her Customer Service was exceptional. She was available at almost any hour, and answered all of my questions promptly. She went to bat for us on a number of occasions. The only negative that I can site was the experience with Underwriting (which was not Danielle's fault) because of the number of last minute issues that were brought up shortly before closing. The issues weren't really a problem, and could have been dealt with easily. But they should have been mentioned much earlier in the process to give me time to respond and/or resolve. Danielle was very helpful in getting these issues resolve and cleared as soon as possible.

The fees were a bit higher than those normally seen. My wife has been a realtor for over 30 years and has been through a great number of closings. There were some forms I did a couple of times online and still had to sign it at closing.

I had a good experience with my previous loan officer, Frank, but was assigned Nick later. Not sure why, but I already had a rapport w/Frank and couldn't really gain one with Nick. I also was given a new processor after working with another one previously. Maybe this is common practice but would've liked better communication of the changes. Don't get me wrong, the whole process was smooth. Just the personnel changes with no notice.
