There were a couple hiccups that resulted in my closing date being delayed. There was an issue with the appraisal amount and the creditor check that could have been avoided because I specifically informed the team that the accounts that were in question were being handled by my debt consolidation group that I eventually had to request status information from in the end.. so I am getting into my home 2 weeks later and having to pay my 1st month within 2 weeks of receiving my keys.
