David hans was our loan officer when I called American financial he had help us not lose the house of our dreams because of another lender decided to double our down on us 10 days before closing and there was no way we could come up with that much and they new that. It still was a difficult process but he was able to get it done just in time, thanks david

Nathan was prompt, courteous and informative. The formatting of his daily rate quote updates were hard to read, but he provided a loan estimate in a timely fashion and was willing to talk through the rate updates. He sent rate updates promptly when asked. He was available and affable and contacted me frequently but NOT obstrusively. Ultimately we went with another lender but I have only positive things to say about Nathan.
